quite a few musicians in this area. Some were saxophone makers who
had become players, and some were players who had become makers.
As a result, most of the industrialists are capable of making and
playing saxophones. Houli not only nurtures many excellent craftsmen,
it also fosters many famous musicians. Together they make Houli
the capital of music. |

This is an area in which the industrialists and the government will attempt to promote in the future. In the last few years, whenever there was a musical festivity, you could always see the saxophones being played. It was an attempt to bring more people into the world of the saxophone. | ||
| ¡@¡@In fact, there are many groups who are dedicated to spreading the beauty of saxophone's cultural elements, such as The Sound of Houli and the four sisters in a saxophone quartet. Interestingly, the Dunzijao Presbyterian Church has tried to use saxophone quartet to play hymns. This enables the most representative musical instrument in the area to help spreading the gospel in the church. | ||
¡@¡@Houli's saxophone industry would not be where it is today without that group of music lovers who were full of enthusiasm and dedication. They were not afraid to go through tough times, and they had always learned valuable lessons from hands-on experiences.
