Consumer's Foundation is a non-political, non-profit organization
that concerns with the public interest and public justice. On
November 1, 1980, it received the approval from the Ministry of
Education and it was registered with the Taipei District Court.
The mission of the Consumer's Foundation is to promote consumer
education, elevate consumers' status, and protect consumers' rights.

the Consumer's Foundation has been an advocate of the consumer
protection for so long, it naturally is very concerned about the
widespread use of tobacco. During the international forum that
was held for the 25th anniversary, it invited the consumer protection
experts from Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong,
and Macau to research and discuss the warning label on the cigarette
packaging. According to the Consumer's Foundation, a tobacco-free
environment starts with the warning label!
